 HOW DOES LOCAL PICK UP WORK?

If you select Local Pick Up as your delivery method, you will receive and message confirming pickup times.

Should you have any concerns with this pick up time frame please contact our team at info@subtropicalexotics.com.au to discuss. 

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation with you to collect your order. 

Should you require an express delivery for an event please email us the date and time and we can assess the teams availability and provide a quote for this service. 

WHERE WILL MY DELIVERY BE LEFT?

Austral Post deliveries will be left in the safest location accessible and available at the time. If you have a preference as to where we will leave your delivery, please put this in the notes when placing your order. 

If your delivery cannot be left in a safe location, it will be returned to our store. You may contact us for redelivery (charges apply) or organise pick up from our store during opening hours.
